Project Manager

Main Role: Responsible for planning, developing specific strategies in each phase, and monitoring the progress of plans


  • Plan strategies in each phase of the project; develop detailed strategies with the goal of increasing revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Present convincingly Emoship's vision, mission, and values ​​to corporate customers and major partners
  • Troubleshoot system problems by working closely with Tech Lead (Software Engineer)
  • Allocate tasks and manage budgets; work closely with warehouse fulfillment centers in the US to monitor and manage cash flow
  • Responsible for compiling project documents—all content on the Landing page, including policies, terms of service, and frequently asked questions; work with law firms to establish contract templates, guidelines, and project introduction slides for teammates and customers
  • Plan to recruit senior personnel
  • Purchase equipment and set up the workplace


  • From 2+ years of experience in a Project Manager position; from 3+ years of experience in Account Manager or Sale Manager positions or relevant experience
  • English level: 600+ TOEIC
  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce
  • Proficiency in Tech Stacks and administrative tools
  • Excellent logical thinking and critical thinking skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Good problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
