Market Research Analyst

Main Role: Conduct market research, sales opportunities, and methods to approach customers most effectively


  • Propose plans, research orientations, and implement customer research projects
  • Collect information, process data, and analyze customers, competitors, and the market; synthesize information and report results to establish strategies for the entire project
  • Research market trends and develop plans to expand the company's business activities to enhance profits
  • Capture trends and customer tastes to offer solutions to improve service quality
  • Coordinate with related departments to implement sales and marketing campaigns
  • Looking for opportunities to cooperate and negotiate with potential partners


  • From 2+ years of experience in equivalent positions
  • Experience in working for eCommerce companies
  • English level: 600+ TOEIC
  • Effective market research skills, analytical skills, and information synthesis skills
  • Ability to use statistical tools and analyze data
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
