Sales Executive

Main Role: Search for potential customers and partners, and promote the company's services to customers


  • Perform duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Find, maintain, and develop a network of potential customers and partners
  • Introduce and advise customers to use the project's services
  • Solve customer problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support customers with all arising problems such as importing goods to warehouses in the US and completing orders through the Emoship Customer Portal app
  • Understand customer needs and recommend in-app improvements to optimize the customer experience


  • Experience in the position of Sales Executive or relevant experience
  • Achievements in Sales positions and regularly exceed KPI; won quarterly/monthly sales awards
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Workspace
  • Being familiar with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of eCommerce
  • Effective sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in work organization and time management skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
