Sales Executive
Main Role: Search for potential customers and partners, and promote the company's services to customers
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
- Find, maintain, and develop a network of potential customers and partners
- Introduce and advise customers to use the project's services
- Solve customer problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support customers with all arising problems such as importing goods to warehouses in the US and completing orders through the Emoship Customer Portal app
- Understand customer needs and recommend in-app improvements to optimize the customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the position of Sales Executive or relevant experience
- Achievements in Sales positions and regularly exceed KPI; won quarterly/monthly sales awards
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Workspace
- Being familiar with CRM software is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of eCommerce
- Effective sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in work organization and time management skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
