Recruitment & Training Specialist

Main Role: Perform recruitment, interviewing, and training employees for the company; optimize recruitment process and build effective training programs

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and coordinate recruitment, screen applicants, and arrange interviews
  • Interview candidates and provide feedback to the Manager
  • Optimize recruitment channels; discover and deploy other effective recruitment channels
  • Implement branding activities and build effective recruitment information channels to attract candidates
  • Manage recruitment budget and prepare related reports
  • Organize training programs and conduct related probationary evaluations
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • From 2+ years of experience in similar positions or relevant experience
  • English level: 600+ TOEIC
  • Efficient problem solving and people management skills
  • Polite & professional manners when interacting with candidates
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
