HR Generalist

Main Role: Responsible for all human resource activities of the company, including recruiting, organizing, training, and managing employee benefits

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment

  • Organize and coordinate recruitment, screen applicants, and arrange interviews
  • Interview candidates and provide feedback to the Manager
  • Optimize available recruitment channels; discover and deploy other effective recruitment channels
  • Implement branding activities and build effective recruitment information channels to attract candidates
  • Manage recruitment budget and prepare related reports

Training & Development

  • Organize training programs & conduct related probationary evaluations
  • Streamline HR processes and develop relevant guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs

C&B

  • Monitor employees’ performance and attendance; manage leave, compensatory leave, overtime, and working hours for employees
  • Calculate salary, bonus, and update data of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to complete dossiers for employees
  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of employee welfare regimes and prescribed payments
  • Manage records and contracts and solve employee problems
  • Answer all questions regarding policies and other relevant matters to employees
  • Manage human resources budget

Administration

  • Pay administrative expenses; track and check the company's administrative expenses periodically
  • Plan to buy stationery and office equipment
  • Organize document system; store documents, papers, and contracts for the company
  • Coordinate with other departments to organize company events such as company trips and parties
  • Working with partners: office leasing, electricity, water, and administrative services to ensure the infrastructure works properly
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • From 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist position or relevant experience
  • English level: 600+ TOEIC
  • Proficiency in MS office and related HR softwares
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
  • Ability to receive, analyze, and process data
  • Efficient problem solving, people management, and teamwork skills
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
